May 15-18, 2017 at the Perm State National Research University (D. Perm) will host the International Symposium "Unbalanced Processes in Solid Environments – 2017" which will be held within the framework of the Perm Natural Science Forum "Science and Global Challenges of the 21st Century."

The submissions included in the Symposium programme will be published in a compilation scheduled for inclusion in the RINC. Special editions of international journals from the Scopus and Web of Science databases are planned for some sections of the program. The organizational fee for participation in the symposium is 2000 rubles. There is no organizational fee for undergraduate and graduate students.

The electronic version of the materials is e-mailed by conf2017@psu.ru to the Organizing Committee in the format of z.doc until March 15, 2017 inclusive. Materials must be framed in accordance with the template.
